As I am sure many of you have realised, certainly from the mails I have been getting, I have not kept up with posts to the blog of late.

There is a very good reason for this, which will for those that know me, will become apparent in good time.

So for the moment, let’s just say that I am going to be suspending my political musings via this media but must leave you with one final thought from one, shall we say prominent citizen of Reading on my efforts to date.

“Reading your blog is a bit like visiting a dirty book shop. No one will ever admit to going there but many do & many of those that don’t would love to take a peek.”
